17th Century Wine Bottle
Ref: cab1-100-0682
A 17th Century AD -Wine Bottle. From the decks of pirate ships to the roadside old English Taverns , the wine of the day would have come in one of these bottles. Called onion bottles because of their shape , they have an appeal all of their own. This particular piece came from a ship- wreck, and because of its time under the Ocean has developed its own iridescence, causing different colours to occur in the glass. Size 20.0 CM-SN 3448
